Our program involves an initial assessment and skills building classes in anger management, behavioral techniques, stress management, assertiveness training and communications. Each intervention is tailored to meet your time constraints and your individual needs.
Documentation can be provided to the court, including your assessment, attendance, and a certificate of completion.
Anger Management Classes
Classes are offered on a weekly basis. The classes are 12 weeks in length and cost $40.00 per class. The classes are 60 minutes in length and are held virtually. Class meets on Tuesday nights from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Each program participant must first attend a 60 minute intake session for $100.00 which will include the price of the workbook. This intake session will discuss your particular anger management situation and how this program will benefit you. At of the end of the program, you will receive a certificate of completion.
Anger Management Accelerated Classes
Classes are offered in one day(8 hours). The accelerated classes are designed to meet the needs of clients who wish to avoid attending classes on a weekly basis. The class hours are 9 am to 5 pm. The cost of the 8 hour program is $250.00 which includes the fee of your workbook. Each accelerated class must have a minimum of 5 participants. A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the program. Please contact PLS RESOURCES to get on the waiting list for the next available class.
Executive Anger Management Program:
Our Executive Program is designed for those individuals who would prefer or need a private setting. Such individuals may include but are not limited to: High Profile Public Individuals, Physicians, Law Enforcement, High Level Executive Personnel. The cost for this program is $80.00 per hour.
